• Associated goodwill: All goodwill, reputation, and consumer recognition associated with and symbolized by the Mark
• Enforcement rights: The exclusive right to use the Mark in commerce and to prevent unauthorized use by third parties
• Legal remedies: The right to pursue legal action for trademark infringement, including damages and injunctive relief

STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP

MIKLAS VENTURES LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the . This ownership includes, but is not limited to:

• Registration details: All trademark registrations and applications, including any pending applications for registration of the Mark

Acquisition

MIKLAS VENTURES acquired all rights to MARKS through proper legal assignment from the previous owner. This transfer included all registrations, applications, goodwill, and associated rights.

SCOPE OF RIGHTS

MARKS are owned by MIKLAS VENTURES LLC for use in connection with all lawful commercial purposes. MIKLAS VENTURES LLC maintains exclusive rights to use this trademark in commerce and has the authority to license, assign, or otherwise dispose of these rights.

Notice to Third Parties

Any use of the trademark “FOO” without express written permission from BAR LLC constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition. BAR LLC actively monitors and enforces its trademark rights.
